But they may not be acting alone.

Four years since piracy attacks reached their peak, CNN sources have found threats on Somali waters are broader than ever.
Pirate kingpins
CNN has learned that the United Nations and the United States are investigating at least two pirate kingpins for providing material support to terror groups.
.
That material support includes helping factions of the two terror groups, al Qaeda linked al-Shabaab and Somalia’s ISIS faction, who ironically despise each other, smuggle weapons and perhaps even people across the Gulf of Aden.
.
One of them is Mohamed Garfanje, the kingpin of the Hobyo-Haradhere Piracy Network, which thrived in the tiny fishing village of Haradhere — often considered the birthplace of modern Somali piracy.

Then, with Muguruza serving to stay in the first set at 5-4 down, came a 19-shot rally that changed everything.

Williams lost it as she dumped a forehand into the net, and was never the same player again.

It was all Muguruza after that, taking nine straight games to win her first Wimbledon crown, 7-5 6-0.
.
What looked like a classic Wimbledon final after the first set turned into an anti-climax when Muguruza won the second, and the championship, 6-0 in 26 minutes on a challenge in front of a stunned Centre Court crowd.
.
“It was my hardest match today,” said Muguruza, as former Spanish king Juan Carlos watched from the royal box. “I grew up watching her play.”

Possibly the oldest and biggest mystery science can’t explain, The Bermuda Triangle continues to baffle humanity with her secrets. Beginning in 1800, when the USS Pickering disappeared along with her 90 passengers, the Bermuda Triangle has gained notoriety as planes and ships alike seem to disappear once they enter her borders.
Located in the North Atlantic, roughly between the south tip of Florida on the western border, Puerto Rico to the Southeast and Bermuda to the Northeast, the Triangle has for over 200 years continued to elude a scientific reasoning for the strange happenings within her borders.
Two large glass, or crystal-like, pyramids have been found on the Triangle’s seabed, almost 6600 feet deep. These pyramids have been measured and appear to be larger than the Egyptian Pyramids measuring at an amazing 650 feet in height.
Both pyramids appear to have two giant holes near the top, and it is believed these holes cause the sea water that is rushing in to create massive surge waves on the surface of the ocean which could explain all the mystery surrounding the many disappearances in the area. It does seem a bit ironic that one mystery science can’t explain could be solved by another that can’t be explained scientifically either.
.
Could the Bermuda Triangle Mystery be solved?

The five attacks on Thursday night, which were reported to police over a 70-minute period, are the latest in a spike of incidents using corrosive liquids as weapons in robberies and gang-related violence in the British capital.
Police said at least four of the five attacks involved two males on a moped, and in at least two cases the attackers stole mopeds belonging to their victims. Another incident involved a robbery.

Republicans are trying to find a way to defund Planned Parenthood as part of an overall effort to limit abortion in America. But doing so had the opposite effect in Texas, according to a new study based on research from Texas A&M University.
The study, conducted by economics professor Analisa Packham (now at Miami University), shows that in the first three years after Texas Republicans slashed the family planning budget in 2011 and shut down more than 80 women’s health clinics, the abortion rate among teenagers in the state rose 3 percent over what it would have been had the clinics remained open. After cutting Planned Parenthood out of the state’s subsidized women’s health program, then-Gov. Rick Perry (R) said his “goal” was to “ensure abortions are as rare as possible under existing law.” But the move actually interfered with an overall downward trend in abortions in Texas.
“This certainly isn’t the way to have fewer abortions,” said Dr. Diane Horvath-Cosper, an OB-GYN in Maryland and an advocate with Physicians for Reproductive Health. “The abortion rates nationally have decreased and are at a historic low. So for Texans to see an increase in adolescent abortions is really telling ― it seemed to have followed the national trend until these clinics were defunded.”
