Thanks for this, I’ve always wondered about the difference. Here in London, brown eggs are the norm and white eggs are a rarity. A friend of mine who has three chickens brings eggs to work and sells them to his colleagues. I always buy the brown eggs because, being from the US, they are still a novelty to me. All his British customers ask for the white ones. The grass is always greener…
