Oh, the irony.

The condominium board at Trump Place has quietly fired the Trump Organization from managing the pricey high rise on the Hudson River that bears its name.

Sources told The Real Deal that the condominium board replaced Trump with AKAM Living Services, a management firm that has presided over luxury buildings at such high-end zip codes addresses as Central Park West, Fifth Avenue and West End Avenue.

When did summer getaway homes become so generic? It’s like there was some sort of unwritten rule that demanded that all luxury beachfront rentals be so communally… vanilla. That is, until we got tipped off to this kaleidoscopically-hued summer contemporary named “Maison Plastique” in Shelter Island, N.Y.

With candy-colored exteriors — “It looks like some sort of toy,” our editor raved — and equally eclectic insides, we were sold even before we saw the vacation home in person. You wouldn’t believe how fast we hauled ourselves out of Manhattan and onto that ferry.

ST. LOUIS — A father kidnapped his young son from a St. Louis hospital with precious little of the medicine the boy requires for his failing heart, then called and sent text messages taunting his estranged wife about the abduction, authorities said Wednesday.

Porter Stone, the 5-year-old boy who was taken

LAS VEGAS — Former Air Force Col. Charles Halt accused the federal government of a UFO cover-up that involves a secret agency to deal with what might be extraterrestrial visitations.
