Another of Zhang Wuyi’s homemade submersibles being tested on Moshui Lake in Wuhan. The 4.6 metre long submarine was built using parts from a small yacht and took Zhang and his friends 25 days to build. According to Zhang the submarine can travel for 20km/h for 10 hours. Zhang used to be the apprentice of Li Yuming, a local renowned submarine enthusiast who built 7 submarines in the past five years.

“I think the statistics today talk about 609 million credit cards that are in existence, just here in the U.S.,” says Ron Klein, the inventor of the magnetic credit card strip. “When I hear those kinds of numbers, I almost have to be apologetic.” Even though his invention changed credit cards forever, he said he never made much money off the patent.
Like any good inventor, Klein identified a problem and created a solution. When Klein returned to the states after serving in the Korean War, he found that the way stores were handling so-called “charge purchases” was needlessly complicated. Klein used similar technology that was used in reel-to-reel tape recorders to create readable strips on credit cards.
Don’t feel too bad for Klein’s lack of monetary gain, though. He made more than enough money from his other inventions, including a “nutrition system” to raise chickens more efficiently.

Researchers have identified the voice of Alexander Graham Bell for the first time in some of the earliest audio recordings held at the Smithsonian Institution.
The National Museum of American History announced Wednesday that Bell’s voice was identified with help from technicians at the Library of Congress and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in California. The museum holds some of the earliest audio recordings ever made.
Researchers found a transcript of one recording signed by Bell. It was matched to a wax disc recording from April 15, 1885.
“Hear my voice, Alexander Graham Bell,” the inventor said.

This is so amazing that is difficult to comprehend how the body knows exactly when, where, and how to develop these intricate organs in perfect order. Can anyone truly believe their is no God? How can people kill an unborn baby and say it is simply protoplasm that is not living.
