Western Australia, covering the entire western third of the country, is made up mostly of the arid Outback. Its population is concentrated in its fertile southwest corner, home to the Margaret River wine region and the riverside capital, Perth. In the far north, the Kimberley region is home to ancient Aboriginal rock art, the Bungle Bungle sandstone domes, and Broome, with Cable Beach camels and pearling industry.

While it is neither the highest nor the widest waterfall in the world, the Victoria Falls are classified as the largest, based on its combined width of 1,708 metres (5,604 ft) and height of 108 metres (354 ft), resulting in the world’s largest sheet of falling water.

Felidae is a family of mammals in the order Carnivora, colloquially referred to as cats, and constitutes a clade. A member of this family is also called a felid. The term “cat” refers both to felids in general and specifically to the domestic cat.

Female cheetahs tend to be solitary, while males typically live in groups made up of other male siblings called coalitions, according to the Smithsonian.

Aarburg Castle is a medieval construction, first mentioned in a chronicle from the 13th-century. Although the story of the castle’s origins is unknown, the place certainly had an important strategic value.

After a siege in 1415, the castle was finally renovated in the 16th-century, with new elements added throughout the years.

Located on an elevated rock above the Aare River, Aarburg Castle is a beautiful sight. Today the castle serves as a juvenile rehabilitation centre.

Little Finland is a scenic red rock area, located in a remote section of Clark County, Nevada south of Mesquite, known for its red rock scenery and strangely-shaped, delicate rock formations. The landscape is similar to Valley of Fire State Park, which is about 20 miles to the west, across Lake Mead.

Látrabjarg bird-cliff in the Westfjords of Iceland is the largest sea-bird cliff in Europe and one of the westernmost parts of Europe (24°32’´3″ west). The Bjargtangar part of Látrabjarg is often called the westernmost point if you skip the mid-Atlantic archipelago of Azores. Látrabjarg is up to 441 meters high and 14 km long. 

Látrabjarg is considered to be one of the most spectacular sea-bird cliffs in the world and the bird life here is amazing. Here are literally millions of sea-birds, with the most sought after (photography wise) being the puffin. But you might also see the razorbill, fulmar, guillemot and many, many other species of sea-birds – 10 all in all – nesting and raising their chicks in the cliffs.
