Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the 21-year-old who admitted he and his brother bombed the 2013 Boston Marathon, has been found guilty on all 30 counts against him, including conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction and bombing of a public place.

The jury of five men and seven women deliberated for roughly 11 hours over two days before reaching a verdict. It took more than 20 minutes for a court clerk to read the entire verdict. Tsarnaev stood, but displayed no reaction as it was announced.

The verdict now sets up a penalty phase, in which the defendant’s lawyers will try to save him from death row.

Something that I feel strongly for, fitness.

Healthy eating, regular exercising. These were some changes I have made in my lifestyle 4 years ago.

Embarking on this journey was never easy. But no one ever told me how challenging it would be. It took a toll on me the first few months, mentally and physically. I had to psycho myself everyday and create a mental picture of who I wanted to look like, just so that I could push myself.

But I have come a long way since then.

4 years ago, my purpose for being healthy was to be skinny and to tear down those who have bullied me.

Now, tearing down others is not my aim. I want to build people. Help others, be a source of information and a form of motivation so that others can lead a healthier life. Skinny? Nope. I want to be healthy…

I love the characters, especially Maggie Smith and Judi Dench.  However, The Second Best Marigold Hotel was just so so.  Some of the details sort of got away from me but I’m sure it was oversight on my part.  Since it’s on the big screen, you don’t get to push the rewind button or pause.  Having said that, I thought it was a very nice, clever story.  The addition of Richard Gere was brilliant, as he is very, very pleasing to the eye.  The old crew (Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, Bill Nighy, Celia Imrie, Penelope Wilton, Ronald Pickup, Diana Hardcastle, Tena Desae, Dev Patel, Lillete Dubey) returned to film this sequel and follow up on the current events of the hotel.  Because of the large cast, there’s a lot going on, making the plot and chain of events lengthy.  The focus of this sequel is the wedding between Sonny…

I’m disappointed to say, the last movie with Paul Walker was not a good one.  Furious 7 was so digitized and robotic, I almost dozed on it.  Far too many car chases and far too many crashes.  The team must have done billions, not millions, but billions of dollars worth of damage to the cities they frequented.  The destruction of buildings were worst than Ironman 3 and Transformers.  These crash/chase and demolition scenes went on endlessly.  The story line wasn’t much better.  The real kicker [YOU MAY CONSIDER THIS A SPOILER] was when Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) was in the hospital, laid up with severe injuries, including a broken arm, which was cast from shoulder to wrist, decided he had to leave.  His cast arm was bent 45 degrees, so to remove the cast, he simply straightened out his arm and the cast exploded off.  Even the audience laughed.  There…

Duke beat Wisconsin 68-63 to win the 2015 NCAA Championship Game on Monday. Freshman Tyus Jones led Duke with 23 points and five rebounds. Fellow freshman Grayson Allen chipped in 16 points.

The win marks Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski’s fifth national title. Krzyzewski, who also recorded his 1,000th win earlier in the season, now trails only John Wooden in national championships.

Wisconsin and Duke battled for the entire 40 minutes Monday. The Badgers’ Frank Kaminsky posted 21 points and 12 rebounds for the Badgers, who were playing in the school’s first championship title game since 1941.
