You can either be judged because you created something or ignored because you left your greatness inside of you.” Criticism and negativity from other people is like a wall. And if you focus on it, then you’ll run right into it. You’ll get blocked by negative emotions, anger, and self-doubt. Your mind will go where your attention is focused. Criticism and negativity don’t prevent you from reaching the finish line, but they can certainly distract you from it.

If you’re dealing with criticism, then don’t let the wall keep you from seeing the road. Focus on the path ahead. Another way I heard it put recently, “Ignore the boos. They usually come from the cheap seats.”

If you choose to respond to the haters, then surprise them with kindness. You might just win a new fan while you’re at it.

This is a list of the top ten places to visit in Rome. (My opinion)

If you want let me know what are your favourite spots in Rome. 🙂

1. The Colloseum

Of course as the most famous sight of Rome and it’s landmark the colloseum is my number one place to go.
It’s a beautiful place where you can just take a break sit down enjoy the colloseum and the surrouding. It’s also worth going inside (you better pay a skip the line ticket) and if you go upstairs you’ve got a beautiful view over the whole place.

2. The Roman Forum

This is a really cool place it’s located only a few footsteps from the colloseum and totally worth visiting. It shows the ancient buildings and remains of the once so big Roman Empire.

3. The Trevi Fountain

Just a really beautiful, huge fountain located in the center…

For those who are old enough to have seen the original series of Jurassic Park (22 years ago), you’ll know Jurassic world is the fourth film of the series whose theme entertains the idea of human beings walking among creatures that are not suited to walk with man.  While I enjoyed the originals, I thought Jurassic World was a bit watered down in comparison.  It seems as though the world still hasn’t gotten the message.  Man and dinosaurs cannot co-exist.  Having said that, Jurassic World explores man’s continuance to violate the importance of life for the greed of power and money.  The story is updated to reflect our modern day hungers but has not provided any better safety precautions nor any preventative measures to safeguard the island from natural disasters, should one occur.  Isla Nublar is the same island where these creatures have lived for over 22 years.  In…

A remote galaxy shining with the light of more than 300 trillion suns has been discovered using data from NASA’s Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE). The galaxy is the most luminous galaxy found to date and belongs to a new class of objects recently discovered by WISE — extremely luminous infrared galaxies, or ELIRGs.

“We are looking at a very intense phase of galaxy evolution,” said Chao-Wei Tsai of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, California, lead author of a new report appearing in the May 22 issue of The Astrophysical Journal. “This dazzling light may be from the main growth spurt of the galaxy’s black hole.”

Last fall, I wrote about a young man named Kalief Browder, who spent three years on Rikers Island without being convicted of a crime. He had been arrested in the spring of 2010, at age sixteen, for a robbery he insisted he had not committed. Then he spent more than one thousand days on Rikers waiting for a trial that never happened. During that time, he endured about two years in solitary confinement, where he attempted to end his life several times. Once, in February, 2012, he ripped his bedsheet into strips, tied them together to create a noose, and tried to hang himself from the light fixture in his cell.

In November of 2013, six months after he left Rikers, Browder attempted suicide again. This time, he tried to hang himself at home, from a bannister, and he was taken to the psychiatric ward…
