Trump flew to Michigan, where the plant has been partially converted to manufacture ventilators. The plant’s rule — everyone must wear a mask, and even the State Attorney General warned Trump to cover his face.
In true fashion, when Trump was talking to reporters, he was not wearing a mask, but told them he had worn the one earlier while he was behind the curtain. In true 8th grade fashion, he said he didn’t want to give reporters the satisfaction of seeing him with a mask.
.

Donald Trump’s ploy to stay unmasked for the public just got unmasked, because he put one on at the Ford motor plant.

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
Aristotle is credited with saying these 15 famous words. And for most of my life…I didn’t believe him.
I fought against cultivating good habits and routines because I didn’t want to feel like I had to live my life by other people’s rules. I wanted to be my own person and do my own thing. Besides, keeping a routine was hard work.
Know what I discovered?
Having no routine or structure is so much more draining mentally, physically, and emotionally than any routine could ever be!
By not doing the things I knew would make me better — habits like exercising, meditating, and creating gratitude lists—I deprived my body and mind of the energy that these types of positive activities create. I felt tired…inside and out. And to make matters worse, my dreams and goals were just slipping away.
A few years ago I decided to take a different path…to listen to Aristotle and actually work on creating excellence in my life by establishing a positive daily routine.

Arches National Park lies north of Moab in the state of Utah. Bordered by the Colorado River in the southeast, it’s known as the site of more than 2,000 natural sandstone arches, such as the massive, red-hued Delicate Arch in the east. Long, thin Landscape Arch stands in Devils Garden to the north. Other geological formations include Balanced Rock, towering over the desert landscape in the middle of the park.

It was after midnight on May 15, 1918 when William Henry Johnson began to hear the rustling. Johnson was a long way from his home in Albany, New York, guarding a bridge in the Argonne Forest in Champagne, France. Sleeping next to him was Needham Roberts, a fellow soldier. Both men had enlisted in the New York National Guard just a few months earlier and were now part of the French Army, donated by U.S. forces to their understaffed allies in the thick of World War I.
As Johnson continued hearing the strange noises late into the night, he urged his partner to get up. A tired Roberts waved him off, believing Johnson was just nervous. Johnson decided to prepare himself just in case, piling up his assortment of grenades and rifle cartridges within arm’s reach. If someone was coming, he would be ready.
The rustling continued. At one point, Johnson heard a clipping noise—what he suspected was the sound of the perimeter fence being cut. He again told Roberts to wake up. “Man,” he said, “You better wake up pretty soon or you [might] never wake up.”
