     Oggi farò un’eccezione dalle regole e non scriverò sullo sport o sulle proprietà benefiche di qualche frutto,ma parlerò dell’amore che, non solo fa bene alla nostra salute, ma è il cibo della nostra anima.

     Ieri sera stavo davanti alla televisione insieme al mio ”LUI” ,e per l’ennesima volta l’ho domandato,più per stuzzicarlo,perchè tanto la rsiposta la sapevo già:” ma mi ami?” e lui come al solito risponde”Si,certo”.Io ribatto ”allora perchè non me lo dici mai?” ,aspettando una sua risposta che tanto non arriva mai…E voi sicuramente pensate” ma che razza di insensibile è questo!”

    Cosi stamattina ho deciso di scrivere sull’importanza di dire TI AMO….E’ importante dire ti amo?A mio avviso SI,è importante dire e sentire il TI AMO,ma soltanto perchè ogni tanto è carino sentirlo.E’ piacevole sentirlo,ma è FONDAMENTALE dimostrarlo.

I was watching the preview for yet another Kirk Cameron “documentary,” and in it he made some comment about people saying “happy holiday” instead of “merry Christmas.” He then said “whatever that means.” Does he really not know what “holiday” means?

It doesn’t seem as though very many people do know what it means, because this debate happens every September through to December. People complain that Christ is being taken out of Christmas, and you should say “merry Christmas” instead of “happy holiday” or vice versa. It seems to me that people are just looking for an excuse to be mad. But it’s silly.

So let’s look at what “happy holiday” means. What is a holiday? That’s easy: it’s a holy day. So how, exactly, is saying “happy holiday” secular? Sure, it’s not merely recognizing one religion, but so what? We’re talking about western countries with a lot of different…

I expected Guardians of the Galaxy to be an annoyingly bad movie.  I started hearing rumors that it was pretty good so I looked up it’s ratings and found the rumors to be true, according to thousands who bothered to rate it.  Each character brought significant abilities to the table and was brilliantly played by Zoe Saldana (Gamora), Chris Pratt (Peter Quill/Starlord), Vin Diesel as the voice of Groot, David Bautista (Drax), Bradley Cooper as the voice of Rocket, Lee Pace (Ronan), Djimon Haunsou (Karath), Glen Close (Nova Prime) and Benicio Del Toro (The Collector).  Guardian of the Galaxy featured how they became a team and even, how they got their name.  The special effects were outstanding.  The plot involved the team trying to keep the evil Ronan from obtaining the “orb” that would give him the power to destroy any planet in the galaxy.  There were a few corny scenes, but for the…

The Monument Men is a true story that takes place during WW2 and covers a very important era in history.  However, I am sorry to report that this film is not what one would expect.  It was a little confusing in the beginning, as I felt the director (George Clooney) assumed we knew the lingo and proceedings of military protocol.  It was as if the characters were carrying on their very own private conversations during an ambiguous opening.  The plan was to retrieve art stolen by the Nazis and return it to the rightful owners.  The plan was hard for the audience and surprisingly, the military to understand.  I tried to follow along but soon became lost.  Midway through, The Monument Men started to come to life.  I feel this was a noble gesture on the part of the US Military and was carried out to the best of their ability.  The Nazi’s still…
