So, I’ve been terribly sick these days, continuously coughing non stop as well as being cold. Maybe it’s because of the weather change here in Cyprus, we are slowly transitioning to a weird spring-summer atmosphere and all the allergies are kicking in! However, I’m starting to feel better today after taking multiple syrups over this past week to calm my system.

Anyways, today’s post is about your favourite social media outlet! What’s the first social media platform you go to to post a picture, video or even to write something exciting that happened in your day?

My personal favourite is Instagram! I use it all the time to post pictures mostly, not so much videos because I’m not so good at them right now. But I believe a picture is truly worth a thousands words; particularly because it has more texture that a simple status or tweet! People following…

If you need a foot, ankle or hand brace, you have several choices. You can select one from a few one-size-fits-all options or stick your appendage in cold, wet plaster to make a cast — which you’ll have to wait weeks for.

But 3D printing may be able to deliver flexible orthotics in a matter of hours.

Two companies, MHOX and CRP Group, have created what they’re calling “Generative Orthoses” using CRP Group’s polymide material (Windform GT) and a process called laser sintering. Like traditional 3D printing, laser sintering is additive, but that’s where the similarities end. It requires more expensive and complex additive printing using lasers to melt and bind layers of material into a seamless object. Traditional 3D printing may have faint ridges, which would require sanding down for comfort.

A father was busy reading his favourite magazine and his little daughter was every now and then distracting him.

To keep his daughter busy, he took out one page on which the World Map was printed. He then tore the page into pieces and asked her to go to her room and put them together again.

Having done this, the father was now convinced he would read his magazine without any disturbance as it would take his daughter the whole day to get it done.

Sawyer Sweeten, an actor best known for his role as one of the young twins on hit sitcom “Everybody Loves Raymond,” has died of a possible suicide, his manager Dino May has confirmed. He was 19.

According to Radar Online, who first reported the news, he was visiting family in Texas, where he is believed to have shot himself on the front porch.

Sweeten played Geoffrey Baron on “Everybody Loves Raymond,” which ran from 1996-2005 on CBS. He acted alongside his twin brother, Sullivan, and their real-life sister, Madylin, who played Ally Baron.

True Story is actually a true story.  A very suspenseful movie that reminds me a little of “Primal Fear“ and a little of “Jagged Edge“.  These are 2 very different stories but similar in technicality and emotions.  Also, True Story is a real story about Michael Finkel (Jonah Hill), a Journalist for the NY Times, who partially fabricated a story to gain preferential support for African children receiving charity.  When discovered, Mike was disgraced and fired from the Times.  He then embarked on the case of Christian Longo (James Franco) who used Mike’s name (as in identity thief) for some unknown reason.  This lead to a phone call to Mike from a reporter for The Oregonian, which peaked Mike’s curiosity.  Christian is accused of killing his wife and 3 children, motive unknown.  Christian and Mike began to meet and decided to write a book, to…

With all this amazing weather at the moment and as it’s our last few days here before our drive to Alberta, we decided to enjoy a lazy Sunday and head to North Vancouver to a place called Deep Cove.

We strolled along the harbour, watching the boats, kayaks and paddle boarders all out on the Ocean before walking up the high street to find little independent cafe’s and shops, where we grabbed some fish n chips and sat in the sunshine looking out to sea. It was so nice to see all of the families out making the most of what they have on their doorstep, people having BBQ’s on the beach or relaxing on the grass. I try each day to find beauty, to learn something new, or discover new ways to keep going, to keep being inspired. In doing this, I’ve realized that sharing my inspiration is just as important as going out to seek it.
