NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Two teenagers were arrested Monday in connection with the death of a 5-year-old girl who vanished from her great-grandmother’s house and whose body was found dumped in a garbage can, authorities said.

Police say that a trusted family friend killed
Isabella Sarah Tennant, 5, at her
great-grandmother’s home in western
New York, put her body in a trash bag
and dumped it in an alley garbage can.
