Utilize breathing to reduce stress and anxiety, to increase your vitality, and to feel living in the moment more fully. Let go of self-image. Breath in comfortably and then fully exhale, breathing out all of the tension and thoughts. I like to visualize all of my thoughts being collected up into my breath as I inhale and then leaving from me as I exhale. This frees up inner space for serenity and peacefulness. Its easier when my mind is cleared and peaceful.

Its important to free myself from any stress and pressures during the day too. So, I can do this any time during my day. I use a simple routine of Five Steps to Mindfulness.

For some reason, Japan and the US has had a long term affair with Godzilla or the idea of a Godzilla.  There have been several movies dedicated to Godzilla, each holding it’s own merits.  This Godzilla has the best special effects I’ve seen since Avatar.  Since this is a fantasy, the plot can be as outrageous as Hollywood can make it.  If I were naming this movie, it would be called Godzilla vs Alien Praying Mantis.  Unexpectedly, Godzilla turned out to be the hero and the bad guy.  A lovely family consisting of a husband, wife and son become casualties of a cataclysmic phenomenon.  Actually the son and father survive.  The movie picks up 15 years later when the son, Ford Brody, played by  Aaron Taylor-Johnson  is grown and dad Joe Brody played by Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad’s Walter White) is presumed crazy.      Once we really get into this story, it’s all over the place.  Since there are quite a few creatures, we are taken…

 

How cool is it to publish actresses, no men, without makeup and without their hair well  groomed?  I think it’s a disgrace to go out of your way to find these actresses looking as unattractive as possible, then publishing their picture under a title of “15 surprising photos of celebrities without makeup”.  I just came across such an article under “SheBudgets” that listed Brook Shields, Charlize Theron, Jennifer Hudson, Calista Flockhart, Maria Shriver, Alicia Silverstone, Sharon Osborne, Rosanna Arquette , Renee Zellweger, Pink, Melanie Griffith, Kirstie Alley, Kelly Ripa, Kelly Clarkson, Christina Applegate and Rosanna Arquette.  Some of them didn’t even look bad, in my opinion.  Who fault is this anyway?  Are we so nosy that we have nothing else to do but sit around looking into the lives of the rich and or famous?  It’s sort of like buying stolen jewelry or stolen anything.  The thieves steal it, then tries to unload the property on the streets…
