Something that I feel strongly for, fitness.
Healthy eating, regular exercising. These were some changes I have made in my lifestyle 4 years ago.
Embarking on this journey was never easy. But no one ever told me how challenging it would be. It took a toll on me the first few months, mentally and physically. I had to psycho myself everyday and create a mental picture of who I wanted to look like, just so that I could push myself.
But I have come a long way since then.
4 years ago, my purpose for being healthy was to be skinny and to tear down those who have bullied me.
Now, tearing down others is not my aim. I want to build people. Help others, be a source of information and a form of motivation so that others can lead a healthier life. Skinny? Nope. I want to be healthy…
