Uber is for people that want to save time to make the most out of their busy day. It is for individuals that struggle to find parking on their commute or don’t want to waste time on a shuttle at the airport. Uber fills the gap of convenient transportation that saves money by using their service more than other for-hire services. When customers do order the service the name, license plate, and phone number are shown for the pickup. What Uber needs to work on is it’s public relations/image management skills. There have been two reports regarding privacy issues of an Uber executive tracking a reporter that was scheduled to meet him and another Uber’s Senior VP suggesting to find negative personal issues of reporters that do not support Uber.
