Ryan Kelly Chamberlain II, the man at the center of a massive manhunt after the FBI said it found explosive materials in his San Francisco apartment, has been arrested.
Chamberlain’s car was spotted at a parking lot near Crissy Field, a park not far from the Golden Gate Bridge, on Monday afternoon.
Shortly afterward, Chamberlain himself was taken into custody in a scene that was caught on video.
