Throughout the FBI’s prolific history of profiled fugitives, there have been a select few who have managed to slip through the fingers of federal agents, evading justice for the crimes they’ve committed.
Even fewer, however, turn themselves in.
Premiering Monday, Sept. 23 on NBC, The Blacklist centers on the mysterious Raymond “Red” Reddington (James Spader) — one of the FBI’s most wanted fugitives known for brokering deals for criminals as “The Concierge of Crime” — who surrenders to the feds while pursuing a hidden agenda of his own.
