Do you SMELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL what The Craftsman is cooking?????

We could not wait to make it back to The Craftsman for some more of their Charcuterie and to see what was on the menu this week.  I’m fighting a cold, but thankfully my taste buds still let me enjoy the amazingness that was served to me.  Our waitress, Kelly, greeted us at the door and recognized us from our first visit!! How awesome is that?

Tonight’s Charcuterie: pork rillette, pork terrine, duck gizzards, duck liver pate’, duck sausage, pickled veggies and amazing olive bread.  The makers of this delicious meat assortment honestly deserve a metal.

They say to feed a cold, so I ordered the Grass Fed Hangar Steak with fries and Bearnaise Sauce.  This is exactly what the doctor ordered.  The steak was meaty, cooked exactly the way I love it and very lean.  Did I mention that…
